I'm Gabriel Saez and together with my partner Rhys Hodge we run Lacasa Building. We grew up together on the same street on the Northern Beaches and have worked together for over 10+ years. Previously we worked for reputable high end building companies and we assisted with very complex projects. Now we have the privilege to be able to create our own systems and procedures to perfect every building renovation and experience. Our 3 rules to work and live by are punctuality, tidiness and quality.

Beyond the tools and site work, we try to keep things simple and personal. Family is at the centre of everything we do, and we run Lacasa Building the same way. We respect your home like it's our own, we turn up when we say we will, and we keep the job site tidy so your family life can keep moving while we work.

We love being part of the local community, supporting small businesses, trades and suppliers wherever we can. Every project is a chance to build something lasting, not just for your home, but for the people and relationships around it.
