- Yes, we're happy to handle small jobs for existing clients and homeowners across Sydney. Door repairs, joinery fixes, leaking taps, gutter clears, general carpentry. If it's a builder's job, we can do it.
- Can you maintain investment properties for landlords?
- Yes. We work with landlords and property managers on a call-out basis or under an ongoing arrangement. We invoice clearly, photograph completed work, and keep records for end-of-year tax purposes.
- How quickly can you come out?
- Urgent issues like leaks and storm damage we try to attend within 24 to 48 hours. Standard maintenance bookings are usually within the week.
- Do you do regular preventative maintenance?
- Yes. We can build a simple seasonal schedule for your home, checking seals, waterproofing, timber, gutters and fixtures, to catch problems before they become expensive.
